Registration: before August 17th, 2025 AoE (this is a strict deadline)

Conference: September 10-12th, 2025

Pre-submission abstract (regular/tool papers):  April 28th 2025 AOE 

Paper submission deadline (for adding the pdf of your complete article to your pre-submission): May 5th 2025 AOE (a delay by a few days is acceptable)

PC reviews uploads and PC discussion start: June 2nd 2025

Notification: June 12th, 2025

Camera ready: before June 23rd, 2025
